href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/rrwick\/Unicycler\">https:\/\/github.com\/rrwick\/Unicycler<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u5be6\u7167\u8457Unicycler\u5728github\u4e0a\u7684\u8aaa\u660e\u5b89\u88dd\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u53ea\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7b46\u8a18<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u7d93\u4e8b\u5148\u88dd\u597d\u4e86anaconda\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u5148\u5275\u4e00\u500b\u53ebunicycler\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6307\u5b9apython\u7248\u672c3.10\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>conda create -n unicycler python=3.10<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9032\u5165\u9019\u500b\u2018unicycler\u2019\u74b0\u5883<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre unicycler<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u70ba\u6559\u5b78\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07unicycler\u5b89\u88dd\u5728\/opt\u5e95\u4e0b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5148\u9032\u5230\u9019\u500b\u76ee\u9304<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>cd \/opt<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>git clone\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f9e\u7db2\u8def\u4e0a\u8907\u88fd\u6a94\u6848\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u6c92\u6709\u5b89\u88ddgit\uff0c\u57f7\u884c\u9019\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u5b89\u88dd\u6307\u793a\uff0c\u4f9d\u7167\u6307\u793a\u4f7f\u7528apt\u5b89\u88ddgit\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u56c9\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0cgit clone\u662f\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4e0b\u6307\u4ee4\u6642\u6240\u5728\u7684\u76ee\u9304\u70ba\u76ee\u7684\u5730\uff0c\u842c\u4e00\u5fd8\u8a18\u5148\u9032\u5230\u76ee\u6a19\u76ee\u9304\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e8b\u5f8c\u518d\u642c\u79fb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre Unicycler<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76f4\u63a5\u57f7\u884c\u5b89\u88dd\u6307\u4ee4\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u8a0a\u606f\u8acb\u4f60\u4f7f\u7528sudo\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5c31\u76f4\u63a5\u9019\u6a23\u88dd\u4e86\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>sudo python3 setup.py install<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u6a23\u6703\u628aunicycler\u5b89\u88dd\u5230\/usr\/local\/bin\/\u5e95\u4e0b\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u767b\u5165\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u5165conda\u7684unicycler\u74b0\u5883\u5e95\u4e0b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u6253unicycler\u57f7\u884c\u4e86\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
