\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u5176\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u4e0a\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u6bb5\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u529f\u80fd\u90fd\u76f8\u7576\u4e0d\u5c0b\u5e38\u7684 genomic island\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u591a\u9805\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u809d\u81bf\u760d\u8207\u5bbf\u4e3b\u65e5\u5f8c\u7f79\u60a3\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u4e4b\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u7d71\u8a08\u4e0a\u7684\u95dc\u806f\uff0c\u4f46\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u6a5f\u5236\u4e26\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\uff0c<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u7279\u5b9a\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5340\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c0d\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u9020\u6210\u76f4\u63a5\u7684 DNA \u5c64\u7d1a\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1f<br>\u6211\u5011\u9996\u5148\u5728&nbsp;<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;1084 \u7684\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5e8f\u5217\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fa8\u8b58\u51fa\u4e00\u6bb5\u9577\u7d04 208 kb \u7684 genomic island\uff08\u547d\u540d\u70ba KPHPI208\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u8207&nbsp;<em>Escherichia coli<\/em>&nbsp;pks gene cluster \u540c\u6e90\u7684 colibactin \u751f\u5408\u6210\u6a21\u7d44\u3002\u70ba\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a72\u57fa\u56e0\u5340\u6bb5\u662f\u5426\u5177\u6709\u529f\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7d50\u5408\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u9032\u884c clbA \u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u8207\u4e92\u88dc\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u5176\u662f\u5426\u8207\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de DNA \u640d\u50b7\u76f8\u95dc\uff1b\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u5229\u7528 PCR \u8abf\u67e5\u53f0\u7063\u81e8\u5e8a&nbsp;<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;\u5206\u96e2\u682a\u4e2d pks gene cluster \u7684\u76db\u884c\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u7bc7\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8ca2\u737b<br>\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;1084 \u6240\u651c\u5e36\u7684 KPHPI208 \u7531\u591a\u500b\u529f\u80fd\u6a21\u7d44\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u6a21\u7d44\u8207&nbsp;<em>E. coli<\/em>&nbsp;\u7684 colibactin gene cluster \u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c1084 \u611f\u67d3\u809d\u7d30\u80de\u5f8c\u53ef\u8a98\u767c DNA \u640d\u50b7\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u53cd\u61c9\uff08H2AX \u78f7\u9178\u5316\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u522a\u9664 clbA \u5f8c\u8a72\u73fe\u8c61\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u5728\u4e92\u88dc\u5f8c\u6062\u5fa9\uff0c\u8b49\u5be6\u8a72\u57fa\u56e0\u7c07\u5177\u6709\u5be6\u969b\u7684 genotoxic \u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u682a\u5206\u6790\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u5206\u96e2\u7684&nbsp;<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;\u81e8\u5e8a\u682a\u4e2d\u7d04\u6709 25.6% \u651c\u5e36 pks gene cluster\uff0c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u660e\u986f\u9ad8\u65bc\u6b50\u6d32\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u4e14\u8207 K1 \u8840\u6e05\u578b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6574\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u9996\u6b21\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u81e8\u5e8a&nbsp;<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;\u4e2d\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u5730\u8b49\u660e pks\uff0fcolibactin gene cluster \u7684\u5b58\u5728\u8207\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u51fa&nbsp;<em>K. pneumoniae<\/em>&nbsp;\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u50c5\u900f\u904e\u50b3\u7d71\u6bd2\u529b\u56e0\u5b50\u81f4\u75c5\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u611f\u67d3\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c0d\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u9020\u6210\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5c64\u7d1a\u7684\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u70ba\u904e\u53bb\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u7684\u809d\u81bf\u760d\u8207\u764c\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u806f\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u5177\u6709\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u5047\u8aaa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
